Steps to change the Internet Explorer Home Page:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click on the <Tools> menu
  2. Click the <Options> menu item
  3. In the "Location(s):" field, type the URL of the page you want as your Internet Explorer Home page
  4. Click the <OK> button
