Configure AutoComplete

• Open Internet Explorer (I'm assuming that it's already open...)
• Click "Tools" in the menu bar in the top.
• Click "Internet Options...".
• Select the "Content" tab.
• In the Personal Information box, click "AutoComplete...".
• Configure AutoComplete for yourself.

Thanks. To do this in Firefox you can delete by clicking down on a form and pressing shift+delete to delete.

I never knew that, is that a form of shortcut?
Is it the result of an extension or just normal Firefox behaviour?

It is the normal behaviour of Firefox, by selecting an item from the Autocomplete listing and pressing and shift + delete, you can remove an item from the AutoComplete listing.

This feature is useful if you want to "hide" certain things you searched for, if you share your computer with others.

Yes, this feature is nice for me; sometimes I search for, lets say, "questionable" content that I do not want others that share my computer to notice.

Nice, thanks for the info.

(Oh! I have no idea what you mean by 'questionable content', of course!)

Yeah, shift-deleting is quite useful if you want to remove something from your autocomplete entry.

Quite a useful feature of Firefox, never knew about shift-deleting before.
