How much time you use for internet?

Hi!

This is a simple question for you, dear members of pc101. I have been having some problems with my computer, because I use so much internet, that it gives me a loads of headache. How much you are using internet in day? I am using it like 12 hours per day and I am working from that like 60 % in it. In studying time I have used it more little, but many times I have been using it really more than 12 hours even. How much is good time to use PC and how much you use and how much you should use. Discussion in this topic about using time for internet.

I spend at least 4 - 6 hours a day in front of the computer! It's off and on throughout the day. Sitting for a long time (in front of a computer or not) can be very draining! It's important to take breaks!

I remember seeing tips and articles now and then about how to take care of yourself if you have to be in front of the computer a long time. Here are a few links that might help...

How to Exercise While Sitting at Your Desk

Sitting all Day

I definately don't sit in front of the computer more than two hours at a time. I'll play with the dogs for 15 - 20 minutes, go do something work in the house or anything else that will keep me from getting eye strain or muscle cramps!
