guys i have a problem with accessing a particular website but when i used the shadowbrowser i can access it. what seems to the problem. do i have to adjust the settings of my pc in order for me to access the site.

Can you access other web sites from your PC?

Can you do a successful name resolution for the web site from your PC?

actually i can access other websites but i really need to access a particular website (ets.org). i tried wat u gave. the server was unknwn and address was different.

You may have an issue with the DNS configuration on your computer.

Try to browse to this URL: http://144.81.82.80

If `nslookup` can't find the IP address for http://www.ets.org, then you won't be able to browse to it.

You will either need to fix your DNS configuration or you can create a quick workaround by adding an entry to your C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.
