What is this site for?

Whenever I click on rapidshare links, most of the time it directs me to this site, http://www.lix.in/ , I wonder what it's for?? Thanks.

It's a way to hide links. For example, a link to http://lix.in/a8d4b4 will take you to http://www.tech-faq.com/.

I don't know of any legitimate reasons for people wanting to hide their links, so I would be wary.

Thanks a lot. I was wondering if it had to do with the download limits but I guess not.
