Exclamation Question - MS Publisher Question

I remember in MS Front Page you could create a flashing or scrolling marquee,
but can't find a tool in MS Publisher.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have never used Front Page. However from what I have read from it. I would not reccomend using it to make web pages. I would suggest hand written code.

That's the thing I don't know html or any other browser languages yet. I have used Front Page, and Dream Weaver, and they work well for me and my clients. I was just hoping someone knew how to or could point me to the feature in MS Publisher to create a marquee. I know these programs add some unnecessary code, but I'll either have it checked my a friend of mine, or use it as is.

Thank you for the reply.

I see.

Hmm. Maybe you can find the hand written free code for one and then just copy and paste it in the layout that Front Page made?

Just a suggestion.

Badboy0419,

try this in your code :

<p><marquee>
<h1><font color=#000ff><u>PUT YOU TEXT IN HERE</u></font
color></h1></marquee></p>

This is the basic HTML code for marquee.

To see an "example of this marquee in action, go to Federal, State Government Grant and Loan Programs and look below the picture. You'll see the text scrolling across in blue print.

You should learn html, css, php and other web coding.

The is THE BEST site to start with HTML HTML Tutorial

I have be designing for 14+ years and have many clients. I use good old notepad for all my work !!!
