Netflix best, CDW worst in customer satisfaction

Has anyone tried Netflix?! I had it for a while and enjoyed getting a lot of movies every month. I dropped it though cuz the price went up and I couldnt' get the new releases as quickly as I wanted. :crying:

Forty of the largest online retail sites were ranked

December 28, 2006 (IDG News Service) -- People who shopped online this holiday season rated Netflix Inc.'s Web site as the best among the 40 largest retail sites, and they ranked CDW Corp.'s site last, according to survey results released yesterday.

Netflix nabbed the top spot for the second straight holiday season in ForeSee Results Inc.'s Top 40 Online Retail Satisfaction Index, which asks Web surfers to rate various aspects of online stores, like merchandise, prices and site experience.

The Netflix site got a score of 86 out of a possible 100, up two points over its score in last year's survey. Amazon.com Inc.'s store came in second with 84, also up two points, while the sites of L.L. Bean Inc. (80) and QVC Inc. (80) tied for third place.

At the other end of the spectrum, CDW's store came in last, with a score of 68, while the sites of Costco Wholesale Corp. and CompUSA Management Co. tied for next-to-last with 69 points.

Overall, online shoppers were a bit more satisfied this holiday season than last, giving the 40 sites an aggregate score of 75, a one-point increase over last year's aggregate score.
