Your design inspiration
To be honest, I'm not too crazy about design itself. I'm not interested in usability or accessibility, either. I want to get a job done. For example, if I am setting up a site to generate income using contextual ads, something like the following ...

is my inspiration. (FYI, this isn't my site.) What's your inspiration?

Honestly? I would try and make a revenue site that doesn't look like a revenue site! They call those link farms and more often than not people click away fairly quickly! You want people to linger, even if it's only few a minute or two. At least long enough consider clicking on something!

The link you provided me looks like one of those link farms and there's nothing on it that inspires me to stick around to learn more. Maybe if it had some beautiful pictures of Belfast. Or some pictures and a few sentences that go with it.

I can't say that this is inspirational. This is not exactly visually appealing, either. However, I do know that this is a contextual ad performer. That's what I want ...

Site that can deliver a high CTR is a contextual ad performer. It's pretty simple. Does the site look pretty? Not necessarily. Does the site user friendly? Maybe, maybe not. But it gets the job done ...

I hear ya! If it works... it works! I'm definately not the PPC pro cuz I never would have imagined that site to be a user friendly. Ya learn something new everyday!
