Basic Unix Server Question

If you order an (unmanaged) dedicated Unix server is it industry standard to be "set up and ready to use" by someone who knows cPanel and WHM, or are the first steps to "hack away at DOS command lines?"

Thanks,
MGH

A good person to ask would be Mia on DP. He's the owner of HostDrive.net.

I wouldn't expect an "unmanaged" server to have a lot of tools (such as cPanel) installed ahead of time.

But that may just be me. I've never used cPanel.
