Hello BebopTV,

I'll look into this but there doesn't appear to be a problem with the PM system.

Also, please do not create duplicate. PC101 has a very small staff so give us sometime to see your post and address it.

And a post about forum problem would be better placed in a non-computer related area like the Bulletin Board, Water Cooler, etc. Your post isn't about Motherboards.

Strange, this same guy has just registered on my forum and posted exactly the same thing. Some sort of strange spammer?

Hmm! Well, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until I visited the sites in his SIG, which I deleted. I think he's a covert, sort of low key spammer.

Well, it would seem we were not the only ones hit by this Bebop VT spammer and his family of chorts. I've deleted the follow up spammers so you don't see them now and I banned their IP address. To read up more about what's going on...

According to some, there were hundreds (thousands?) of forums who were hit with the same crap on the same day! So, the thought is that it was a spam bot.

What will keep them from doing it again and worse, I have no idea! I'm trying to find someone to tell us how it happened and/or how to prevent it!
