Was shoppin up @ the mall and passed the same dell stand in the middle that there always is. I decided to look at the comps for a lil' bit. The dude there didn't even have a clue. Of course, my questions weren't the standard "let me read the info outloud to you" format. The guy had no idea what the specs for the vid cards were, what RAM actually did, or how much software actually worked fully with the dual-cores he was trying to sell. I asked him how to get rid of all of the dell junk that comes with a comp and he just said delete them in the control panel. (I hinted @ the registry, and he finally caught on). Thinking he did anyways, he said," O yea, just delete the registy to get rid of them too.
Thanks Dell guy, the comps they sell aren't bad, we got one for my sister about 1 yr ago. Just amusing on what all he might have told previous customers that was wrong
