Hi There!

Hi There!

I just joined another website that you did too. http://www.theadminzone.com/forums/index.php?

We might be in the same boat. I like Win-Win situations, don't you?

Here's the post I just left. Forgive me but I think I am starting to get carpal tunnel in my wrist from typing.

The website I have been doing alot of volunterring in is on the cutting edge of internet talk radio.

Post from theAdminZone.com:

Where do I start....oh yea, help! How's that? My last 2 months, since Katrina hurricane have been very interesting. Just before Red Cross finally got it together to send me to Tx for Rita, I met this great new website. Great---cause they have good, solid, american principles & creative too. They follow Benjamin Frankllin's ideas of Americans helping Americans & your fellow man worldwide....."Let's Roll" projects.

www.Livewire.FM went live weeks early to give aid to Katrina vicitims tho there primary goal is internet talk radio. I became their "Eyes & Ears" in the gulf coast. Due to I meeting some great naimla rescuers in New Orleans, they concentrated all their efforts to animal rescue....first Let's Roll project.

Now, they need to spend the time getting back to building a good, solid foundation for their website. I & my 3 fellow teammates are doing 10+ hrs a day, 7 days a week as volunteers. We always plan to have a current Let's Roll project. Unfortuantely there are alot of causes/disasters to choose from.

I am a brand new mod. The other 3 have more experieicne than i, especially Nico & Franklin. But, we could still use some help & advice.

I am surprized how many people do not realize that they can give effective volunteering from their home for FREE!!--even 1-2 hours a week. Lots more than just sending $ that might some day make it down there or going yourself.

From my many experiences in the gulf for 15 days, I saw that grassroots was the direct, quick & effective connection to giving aid.

Here's some links if you are interested in more details:

Welcome Livewire.FM!

Thanks for signing up on PC101... we appreciate it!

Like you, we are in our infancy! So much so we still haven't decided on a look yet!

I too like win-win situations and would encourge all our members to support those sites which support us!

I just realized now that I don't have a "Welcome Room" for people to say hello!

Thanks again!

Lyte

Hi Ed,

Sorry you haven't seen me for awhile but I was out of town on a business trip for our new website. I still could of visited via the net but ran out of time. I'll go look around again to re-familiarize myself w/ your new website.

Today, I am researching online advertising. Man, they use so many new terms like Search Engine Optimization, search words, organis advertising, click-per this and that, CPM....Gots alot of definitions to learn b4 I can grasp the theories. How about you?

Bye,

I've learned quite a bit in the last couple of years but it seems there's a lot more to learn!

There are a couple great sites out there for marketing one of which is SEOChat. Check it out.
