I am a Verizon customer. I have the
Samsung i730 PDA phone.
I believe this is the best PDA cell phone that Verizon has.
I prefer Windows CE to PalmOS or the BlackBerry OS, because of application support. I also like the stereo speakers and the fact that this phone has full support for adding my own ringtones in MP3 format. The SDCard is also ultra-convenient for transferring data.
The
BlackBerry RIM 8703e is an awesome cell phone, if you want to go the BlackBerry route. The BlackBerry's still have the best keyboards of any cell phone ever manufactured.
The
Palm Treo 700W is a Palm that uses WindowsCE instead of PalmOS. I tried this one at the mall and the ergonomics just didn't agree with me. The screen was significantly smaller than the screen on my Samsung.
I owned two of the AudioVox model just before the
Apache / PPC-6700 and I will never buy an AudioVox again. The phones are
flimsy and the warranty repair process is completely unusable.
