Memory Card readers
Ok I need a card reader to hook up to my PC

I need it to read SD cards, MMC as well as CompactFlash

Will I need a seperate card reader for all of these or can I get an all in one unit

So what you are looking to buy is something like this:

Most of the current photo printers have a lot of these card readers built into the printer (so you don't have to have another peripheral lying around). This is how I have a card reader attached to my comp.
