Well, first of all, the first thing i see is the logo. Im loving it, straight to the post and really cool paint brush and that ball, also love the font for the text.
I also love the phpBB skin. I like the background and the forum colors, matched the logo nicely.
I think that an announcements section to keep your member updated might help. Other wise i think that there are a nice number of forums based around the right things. Also, you may want to add an area for Imageready, for animation, it is part of PS, but IR is different tutorials.
