What do you want to do with the connection? Display PS2 games on your computer monitor? Use your PC keyboard to play games on your PS2? Copy games between the PS2 and the PC? Something else?

You just need the right cables.

Computer monitors come with a variety of input ports, including VGA, component, DVI, and HDMI.

The PS2 has a proprietary connector on the box, but standard connectors on the other end of the cable. PS2 cables are available in composite, S-Video, VGA, and component models.

Or, you could take another path and buy a TV tuner card for your PC.
