Error 500 does not
normally mean your ID or password are incorrect.
Error 500 is a server error, which makes it extremely odd that the problem would be specific to your machine.

Did the engineer from Airtel use your username and password when he tested it from your location?
What web browser are you using? Can you try it with an alternate web browser? Do you see the same results from both web browsers?
