I just upgraded my service today, and I am happy with my 10.0Mbps for downloads, but my ISP seems to bottle neck on uploads, I can not even get a 1.0 for uploads

What ISP is everyone using? I've Verizon FIOS.

My ISP BSNL(broadband) claims 2mbps download but is completely false as in India we have net connection speed averaging 50-150 kbs & sometimes 1 mbps (twice in my case)

Also it shows near 2mbps in the speed tester but i think that is maximum capacity.

India needs to improve broadband infrastructure.

it's very bad but that all i can get for now
