Forum Leader opening...

Howdy y'all,

PC101 would like to add a new Forum Leaders to our staff.

We are in need of a Forum Leader who is well versed in all areas of malware (spyware, adware, viruses, etc), its removal and the accurate reading of HijackThis logs. PC101 does not currently have a forum section for dealing with malware so this area could be your baby!

The ideal malware Forum Leader will have...

1. Completed or is near completion of his/her training at any one of the variety of online malware Universities... e.g. Geeks2Go.com, Malware Removal.com or the like.

2. Or... demonstrate malware removal proficiency on another computer/tech related site.

There are other considerations (e.g. availability) besides malware experience. Those can be discussed on an individual bases.

AND, we would also like to add Forum Leaders who have a general or non-specific knowledge/experience with computers, web design, anything you find on PC101.

I found your post at TAZ I go by Efwis there.
you asked for a forum leader, well here ya go.

I'm a member of ASAP since 2004. Have trained at SWI, TC, by the name of Efwis and used to be a GeekU Moderator at Geeks to Go and I am still a Expert there, a trained advisor for Atribune.org. I also am a global mod at besttechie.net, and run my own forums at www.iabusinessprojects.com. I am also a computer repair tech and use both Windows and Linux.

Let me know you decision.

I didn't finish their program, I helped create it. ScHwErV, Therock247uk, and I were the main people behind the creation of GeekU as you see it now. All my training came from ChrisRLG, and the other teachers at TomCoyote forums.

there is, from what you said I presume you are a GeekU underclassmen, you still have geekU upperclassmen, then going through check my posts with therock247uk before you are allowed to work your own logs without help.

But I can say this much, the program we set up there will pay off in the long run. You will learn more and retain what you learn better then you would at some other sites training areas.

If you need pointers feel free to ask, but don't ask me to solve a log for you, you can't learn if that happens. Besides, I'm obligated not to do it that way since I did help create the program.

Nevermind being totally unethical!

I've only just pulled down PL 5 and started to dissect it! I won't post it on G2G for a while though.
