New Member Catagory - "Inactive Member"

Howdy y'all,

In order to better organize our newly enlarged membership I've created a new member category called "Inactive Member." If you find yourself in that category this means you've not posted once since registering and that was 180 days ago!

If you have returned and would like to post please let me know! I would be very happy to move you back to Registered Member status with all the rights and privileges that go with it!

NOTE: The Inactive Member status is one step before the Pending Deletion catatory. If you end up in the Pending Deletion catagory this means you've not and posted in 365 days are subject to being deleted. We don't want that so get to posting!

NOTE: You will need to contact me or a Forum Leader (Firestorm) to be removed from these two catagories and restore your active status.

Where does members of PC101 look for "Active Member" ?? Is there a link to this list ? I see a "link" to "Current Active Members" at the bottom of the page (main)....but no list of PC101's members (All 2,540 of us) ??

I don't have the member's list available. I've heard pros and cons about making such information open to all. I really don't see the benefit of making it available. If you're looking for a member, just use the search feature.

Hey Ltye,

I tried the "search" by "members name routine.I got nothing. I was just suggesting this feature so PC101 members cn take a "look" at who's here as a member (maybe a person who you thought was a member, but isn't), then you could get a hold of them and say "Hey....join up !"

Just a suggesting "Boss" !!

I dont know if this is the right place for this, anyway on the staus side with the merger and everything are the moderators from the old tech-faq now 86'd from being moderators here at pc101
