Google Reader too.
Once you decide which reader you want to use, all you have to do is click on the RSS at the bottom of the page, take the URL that creates (ends in
=rss) and add that URL to your reader. Once done the reader will "reach out" and pick up the feed and present it too you!
The whole RSS thing is pretty neat because it saves you from having to visit 10 different sites to find out what's new on each site! If the site has RSS then the reader will bring you what's new! Kewl eh?
I'm not totally clear on the XML thang... I imagine it's similar but I've not used it yet.
