This is a summary of what is happening to me. I have written this letter to send to the Congress and media. My name is Andrea Stone. I have been threatened and physically attacked and I write this letter for myself and for every American in the hopes that it will prompt an immediate investigation. This letter and accompanying documentation will describe the most completely intrusive and horrifying privacy invasion technology in existence and it is being used on me. I am willing to take polygraphs to validate what I am going to tell you.

My brain and my body have been completely infiltrated using technology that allows its users to hear my thoughts, see what my mind sees and deliver pain and pressure directly to my brain, neck throat and heart. The technology employs some form of transmission medium, possibly satellite and probably coupled with other technology to access the brain. I call the people who are using this technology “The Group”. I have never seen them; the technology allows them to operate from a remote location and it allows them to let me hear them speak, in fact they insist that I hear them. The first time I heard them speak was in November 2005. Noise will sometimes make their voices sound choppy or pop out louder and when my stomach rumbles while one of them is speaking, it sounds like their words are coming from my stomach.

I am so angry that anyone would invent such horrifying technology let alone use it. “The Group” and its members are truly monstrous. I have never used the word evil before but it really applies to “The Group”. I heard a man on PBS today, 9/11/06, say that those who have been through something horrific have difficulty describing it. That is how I feel. I do not have the words deep enough to describe the horrors of “The Group’s” activities and the very dark nature of its members. I do not think I exaggerate when I say “The devil is in The Group”.

Every moment I am awake, “The Group” tests its members to see if they are accurately seeing what my mind sees and they repeat my thoughts. I never have one second of privacy. In July I bought earplugs and found I could no longer hear most of “The Group’s” voices but could hear a couple of them. Soon after, I learned why. They have direct access to my cerebral cortex through this technology and the functions of cerebral cortex involve hearing, vision, thought and more. In August 2006, when I began write the documentation, they began using the technology as a weapon to deliver severe pain, pressure and burning sensations to my brain, throat, neck and heart. They know by listening to my thoughts that I intend to expose them and that is when they began the physical attacks.

“The Group” follows me wherever I go, indoors or outdoors. As I walk indoors or outdoors I hear them walking overhead and hear their footsteps as though they are walking on a floor above me. It is as though their location has been placed over mine. I even hear them when I am on an airplane and in a New York City subway.

“The Group” will not give me one second of privacy. I feel smothered by the intense invasion of my privacy and by the truly diabolical and deranged nature of “The Group’s” members and activities. I feel like vomiting at the sound of their voices for not even my prayers’ are private; a member of “The Group” always repeats the words of my prayers every evening as I say them silently. Everything my vision sees, “The Group” sees and not one thought is missed. Every private matter they see and hear, from opening my mail and reading it silently, making out checks, using the ATM, to bathroom activities including showering, getting dressed and undressed. I can’t even have a private visit with my doctor. I am horrified that such technology would be invented and used on any human being; it truly is horrific as are the members of “The Group”.

Since they learned from my thoughts that I would publicize their activities they used intimidation, slander, pressure and threatening techniques to keep me silent. And the physical attacks that began recently, I consider attempted murder. Just before one of the first physical attacks, a male member of “The Group” said to me “You’re about to see just how much we can fool with your brain”.

This Group believes they are above the law and that they will never be held accountable for their actions. Even as I broke down crying the evening of Sep 9 from the accumulation of their toxic activities, they persisted in repeating the threats they usually level at me; there is not a shred of human decency in “The Group”.

“The Group” is desperate to get my password; I work for Internal Revenue Service. Thus far, I have been able to type my password at work without thinking the letters.

As I write this letter to you, they are using the technology to level a physical attack on me, the result of which is pressure in my brain and a burning sensation on the top of my head. It feels like a rod has been inserted right through my brain. So far these sensations have lasted two hours and I am wondering if they are using some form of radiation to effect these sensations because I have had nausea, hair loss, burping and when I expel my breath after they have caused severe pressure in my brain, it is quite warm.

I can tell from their voices that “The Group’s” members have changed several times over the course of the 10 months since they first let me hear them speak in November 2005. It makes me wonder if those who were there in the beginning are out doing the same thing to other Americans.

“The Group’s” activities became even more bizarre around July 2006 when they began pushing photographs of individuals I have never seen before into my vision when I lay down in bed at night but while still awake with my eyes closed. I believe “The Group” is hoping you will discount this story when you read the notes from these bizarre activities and that may have been the reason they did it. I believe they were also intended to frighten and intimidate me.

“The Group” has made the following statements to me and the nature of these statements together with “The Group’s” own claims of who they are, which I list in the documentation, and the technology itself, tell me they can only be the government.
• “Your father was a communist”. This is not true
• “We know everything about your family”. My family is the best.
• “You will be fired from your job if you publicize this story”
• “This is a classified operation”
• “We’ll prosecute you if you tell anyone what we’re doing”
• “Your brother will not receive his social security checks if you publicize this story”. My brother is disabled.
• “We’ll bankrupt you”

When I realized that it was technology they were using to access my thoughts, a male member of “The Group” said “You must sign an agreement that you will never tell anyone what we or the government have done.” Through my thoughts, they know I will not sign an agreement. Now they often say “After you sign an agreement”. At one point they said they would sign my name.

“The Group” said on several occasions that “You’re smoking caused this”. Ridiculous of course and yes, I smoke cigarettes. One day they actually said “Just kidding” as though what they were doing was a prank.

Please read the documentation I have written and keep an open mind. This is really happening.

I am asking for the assistance of the media and the Congress and any other parties you can enlist to investigate this story, to find “The Group”, to stop them, to prosecute them and to tell the country what they are doing to me and may be doing to others. I believe some answers will come from the scientific, medical and technological communities.

To find “The Group” and stop them I believe I need to be monitored by a facility that can determine what energy sources are passing through my body; I believe “The Group” is using satellite or some other transmission medium since they follow me wherever I go indoors or outdoors. I am asking for your help in this regard.
