Wtf...

OMG... I woke up this morning with some kinda pinched something in my neck... right where your neck and shoulder meet. I've taken like four Motrin, two asprin and a Tylenol and it still hurts like a $@%*&!!

Does this ever happen to anyone else?? You're minding your own business and WHAM... something starts hurting! I don't even think I did anything!! I wasn't working out or moving furniture or anything!!! I hate getting old!!

ya, some times you just move wring, and somthing snaps, and the all of a sudden. pain. i know it well. that who getting old does suck.

Cramp is the absolute worst... When I yawn I sometimes get it under my chin... It's like I've been stabbed (then it goes away after about 30-40 seconds) =/

Thanks for the empathy y'all... I'm feeling a lil better today. I've put heating pad on it yesterday and I think that might have helped... plus all the Motrin and Tylenol!! I got the hiccups last night and thought I was gonna 'bout die!!
