[SOLVED] Why my computer doesnt recognize my webcam
I have this problem: my webcam was instaled in usb port 1, i had to reinstall my OS and computer didnt recognized my cam , so i shoose usb port2 , and no porblem.
Again had problems with my OS, reinstalled and usb port1 and usb port iddnt recognize my webcam

why?

Howdy!

Here are a few things to check when dealing with USB.
  • Be sure your Bios up to date.
  • Be sure your USB hardware drivers are up to date.
  • Be sure you've updated the software that came with the device.

Try these steps and let us know what happens.

ok, i had same problem with another pc, Looks like i cant use same usb port again after a windows instalation.
This problem happen with my pentium 4 pc, and ina pentium 3 pc.
differents webcams.

I think is a problem in the OS
Im sure is someone reintall Windows OS and try to connect again a webcam you will have same problems like me
