Okay, this seems kinda fun!  How to Create an Internet Radio Station
Live365 is a site that allows you to create and listen to Internet radio stations created by others! You can join up (free) and add your own mix for others to hear. Is very easy! 
1. Assemble your play list in a folder on your local hard drive. Tunes must be saved as MP3s at a bit rate slower than 56K.
2. Tune your browser to Live365 .
3. Follow the "Sign Up" link and work your way through the sign-up process.
4. Now, go back to the home page and click "Create Your Own Broadcast." I'm not sure yet if there's a fee to broadcast. Lemme know so I can correct this tutorial.
5. Choose to pre-record and loop your broadcast OR if you want to broadcast live.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions for the upload method you choose.
7. Broadcast your tunes to the worlds AND your buddies on PC101. 
I think I'm going to give this a try this weekend.
