Spybot Search & Destroy - Software you can download which will locate and remove infections.
Cost: Freeware / Donationware*
Function: Removal of infections.

SpywareGuard 2.2 - "A real-time protection solution against spyware! I keep my baby... err, computer... safe buy using :

Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware Personal both on the same system. Sybot doesn't have that many updates however. No problems what so ever. I'm using both on xp-pro & 98se .
