Recover Passwords in FireFox

Well, y'all have managed to get me using Firefox so much so that it's become my primary browser! So, I thought I'd look 'round for some tutorials and here's a neat one...

As y'all know, Firefox has a convenient built-in functionality which saves your passwords. This makes it faster for us to login to our favorite websites, but getting too used to it might mean totally forgetting our passwords. And that means that we won’t be able to login to the same websites when using different computers. This is how to find the saved passwords which you have forgotten.

First open up Tools, from the drop down menu select Options Then click on Security and choose the Show Passwords button.

Now just click on Show Passwords and you'll have access to a list of every site, user names and password you saved on Firefox. Just before this appears you'll get a pop up box that'll ask you if you're sure you want to do that!

Naturally, I've whited out all my user names and passwords! After you've gotten the password you need, just click Hide Passwords

I wonder if there's a way to lock down this section so others who are using your computer won't see it. This feature is a good argument for having separate logins for each person using your computer!
