Banner Contest
Howdy,

Okay, after much input and suggestions here's the final (Lord, please! ) guidelines for our banner contest!

The rules are simple...

1. You must be a member of this forum!

2. Your banner can be between these two sizes: 350 x 120 and 400 x 100

3. The design should have PC101 in mind... computer related... high tech... educational... yadda yadda... you get the idea!

4. One submission PER member! Requests to edit the will come after the winner is chosen.

5. The cut off for submissions will be Midnight - August 20, 2006. This should give y'all plenty of time to make some amazing banners!

6. The winner will recieve $40 via PayPal.

Hmm... I hadn't thought of flash. That would be cool but there would be a chance that some can't see it. So, we'd better leave flash for another day.

I made a flash sig for a friend. The only thing you need is the embed feature allowed in sigs. You could always export your flash as a gif animation.

You can use Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash MX or for freeware use GIMP.

I found Photoshop to be kinda complicated but that could just be me. I may give Gimp a try since it's free!
