i have average knowledge in VB and dotnet also.

i am going to develop one project application from VB to dotnet .

what are the prerequisites to deal with this type of applications.

any body can give me guidelines, URLs, or how to approach or how can i proceed with this type of job?

what type of stuff i should have?

please anybody can give sugg.
